This is a good school if you want to learn how to become a dental assistant. This school is challenging and the instructors are helpful. I did not like that the price is so expensive, but I was able to get a job right after finishing school. It did help me prepare for my future.

I went here 5 years ago and had no trouble getting a job as a Medical Assistant. They prepared me so well it was almost like no transition shock when I went to work. The instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful and they gave me a great education.

I enjoyed the classes and the people I learned with. The instructors really knew what they were doing! The campus was a bit far from my home! But overall my training prepared me well for the career I have now as a pharmacy technician.

My favorite thing about Western College was the faculty. They were all either involved or had been involved in the fields they were teaching. They allowed them to pass along real world information and learn more than just what they taught in books. I do think Western College needs to schedule more evening classes to help those who work. Westerns job placement found me a position quickly and I was able to jump right in and feel very prepared.

In all the teachers are really good , they have a lot of information 2 share, and care about their students. But the schools guidance counselors, and the other school administrators are'nt really there for helping the stuidents , they are pretty much there for their own paycheck.
It's been almost 7 yrs since I graduated with my A.S. , and I still haven't been able to get into the working field. Now I am a single mother with a little over $20,000.00 in federal loan debt ,and can get a job, or get out of hole.
