Founded in 1964, Union Institute & University gives nontraditional, career-experienced adults an opportunity to combine experiential learning with contemporary education and revitalize career marketability with industry-standard qualifications. Located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Union offers training in Business, Human Development, Criminal Justice, History, Holistic Studies, Social Sciences, Management, Public Administration, and Psychology.
Student Appeal
Students work with academic advisors to customize a flexible course schedule to fit interdisciplinary Bachelor Degree needs and student interests. Class schedules and faculty contact are also tailored to match the schedules and comfort of busy student schedules in order to make every effort to ensure successful degree completion. Diverse instructors and peers share the common goal of intellectual expansion and career enhancement for adult learners. Personalized curriculum and instruction grants students an optimal learning environment with individual attention.
Financial
Financial aid is available to qualified students and includes federal loans, grants, and work study along with private and institutional scholarships based on merit and need. Financial Aid Representatives are available to assist with applications and can answer any questions regarding financing education. Union Institute & University is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
