Flexible learning options include morning, noon, and evening course schedules with classes starting eight times throughout the year to provide convenient training options to accommodate busy schedules. Students can learn from dedicated professionals to develop a mastery of cooking and baking exclusively through kitchen learning. Kitchen Academy faculty and staff maintain working connections with the culinary industry to facilitate career opportunities for graduates. Additional individual attention to secure externship opportunities and provide career guidance is also available through the Career Services department.

Student Finance Representatives can assist students in locating a variety of financial aid programs. Financial aid is available for those who qualify. Students are encouraged to consult with a Tuition Planner upon enrollment.

• Professional Baking and Pastry DiplomaProfessional Baking and Pastry Diploma
  Accelerated learning enables students to develop fundamental and advanced methods and techniques. Graduates are prepared for careers as pastry chefs, confectioners, or caterers in as few as 30 weeks. No previous experience is required.
