Students acquire the necessary skills and knowledge they need to provide emergency medical care at a basic life support level. In this program, students train to become massage therapists. Students take courses in anatomy and physiology in addition to learning about Swedish massage, sports/athletic massage, hydrotherapy, orthopedic massage, spa/body treatments and more. Graduates can sit for the NCBTMB exam.
