Career Quest

Overview
At Career Quest Learning Center we encourage a population of responsible adults because we know that they are the best learners. Investing in education is a serious decision. When you explore training options you are, in effect, investing in yourself.

Our educational objective is to prepare students for new or better careers. Career Quest's training programs are designed to help students develop skills that will provide students with the basis upon which they can work and steadily advance into more professional and financially rewarding careers.

Student Appeal
Career Quest programs include Medical Assistant, Medical Billing & Coding, and Administrative Office Professional. Each program provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in an entry-level position in their relevant field. Our programs can also provide the training needed to sit for industry-standard certification examinations. Classes are offered during the day or evening to accommodate diverse schedules.

Financial
Federal financial aid including pell grants are available to those who qualify. Career Quest is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education and is licensed by the State of Michigan. Job Placement assistance is available for all students.

Programs Offered:

  • Medical AssistantMedical Assistant
    The Career Quest Medical Assistant program prepares students to begin a career in a modern medical office. Students learn how to assist physicians during patient appointments and also learn a range of clinical and laboratory procedures as well as other skills such as medical insurance billing, office procedures, and computer skills.
  • Medical Billing & CodingMedical Billing & Coding
    Medical Billing & Coding students learn computer and office administration skills that focus on using these skills in the medical office environment. Students will learn skills such as medical billing, insurance processing, medical office procedures, medical terminology, and a variety of computer software programs.
  • Administrative OfficeAdministrative Office
    The Administrative Office Professional program prepares students for employment in a modern office, with training in the use of commonly used computer software applications, as well as administrative procedures, interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking skills, and customer service skills.
