Overview
Founded in 1970, Academy of Court Reporting gives students the opportunity to learn skills and experience training to become professional Court Reporters, Paralegals, and Private Investigators. Campuses are located throughout Michigan, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
Student Appeal
Instructors emphasize special areas of study while providing individual attention to students in small classes. Curriculum is presented in a straightforward fashion to prepare students for actual professional workplace scenarios without extraneous material. Student services include modern equipment, library resources, and externship opportunities to provide students with an edge in the competitive legal world. Often externship experiences transition into continued careers in law offices, hospitals, and businesses.
Financial
Financial aid is available to those students who qualify and includes federal grants, loans, and work study. The Academy of Court Reporting is accredited by the Accrediting council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACIS).
