I have never been treated so badly as when I talked with an advisor at NAU. He talked with myself and one other candidate for about an hour to hour and a half. I went in only to get information and the next thing I know I paid $25.00 for the CNA application. The next day I called back to let him know that something had come up and I wasn't going to be able to go to the school, and he left me a very nasty message and cashed my check anyway. I would NOT reccommend going to NAU and especially not to the one in Overland Park. How can a college run in an old piggly wiggly building?
