I honestly thought that my experience in 2009 for the PCT program would have been much like the one I received in 1992 when I graduated from the Medical Asst. program or better. However, this was not the case. Although, everyone from Admissions to Financial Aid made it seem very promising and made me believe they cared, was not the case.

The school has a lot of turn around among their instructors. The labs are never fully equipped, there harly no supplies and the equipment doesn't work. In addition, the classes are not thought or layed out. Basically you are on your own. I had a meeting set-up recently by Student Services set-up for 10:00am last Friday (09-02-11) to re-enter the school since I couldn't complete the program due to a "high risk pregnancy" and was to meet Student Services and the Director of Nursing. Well, I arrived at approx. 9:45am, filled out several re-entry forms, waited and waited and waited and was told that L. was in a meeting and couldn't see me, C. was out and the Director of Nursing had not yet arrived. They are very incompitent and expect students to be on-time and not have abcenses because they will withdraw you, yet, the people running the show can't do what they are there to do.

Time is money and when you have a vision and a goal set, you should not start off this way. If this is how it is in the beginning, then, it's more then obvious that they do not care of future student or bringing them back on board if one was to withdraw in good standing because of illness. They really make it seem that they care for students and follow through and care about them during the registration process. Thereafter, they achieved their method (Obtaining your money).

I sincerely wish everyone the best in whatever career you may choose. I hope the this information will help your decision when considering this school. NOTE: By the way, according to other students that continued the program after I withdrew stated that, during their clinicals, they were not acknowledged, nor were they able to provide care or apply their skills at the facilities because they were from Concorde.

I too had my director leave with a new one that started. Im not sure if Niki and I where at the same school, cause that name does not ring a bell and I new all the ST students. But anyway I was an average student who needed assistance alot and anytime I asked I got it, if it wasnt for the dedication of the new staff and director I would have not made it. Just my thoughts

In the beginning director was great...she left and now we are with a director who is incompentent, always behind, never lectures. We have complained as a class with fear of not being passed and it has fallen on deaf ears, what a surprise, they just put bandaids on situations to save themselves. The whole class will never recommend this school to anyone...ever

Concorde Career Colleges Inc is for sell and no one at the campus or the corporate office will tell why. I find this very worrisome and not reliable on getting a full education or promise of one.

This school not only taught me in the best possible way, but I now have a job making $26/hr starting out. Great school! WATCH OUT FOR HIGH TECH INSTITUTE-ITS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
