The Connecticut Culinary Institute has a well known reputation for its high quality of training. Students learn, in small classes, and spend most of their training hours actually cooking next to world-renowned chefs.

The Institute has been serving its students love for food and cooking since 1987. Since, it has expanded its space into two campuses, one in Suffield and another in Hartford Connecticut.

The training offered at the Connecticut Culinary Institute is given the stamp of approval by the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology. It also touts the approval of the American Culinary Federation Foundation Accrediting Commission and the Connecticut Commission of Higher Education.

  • The Advanced Culinary Arts ProgramThe Advanced Culinary Arts Program
    The Advanced Culinary Arts Program is a 52 credit hour program designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to begin or advance in their culinary career. It offers a balance of lecture, theory, demonstration, and practical application of the culinary arts.
  • The Professional Pastry and Baking Program
