Overview
Established in 1994, California School of Culinary Arts offers diploma and/or associate degree programs in Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts, Hospitality and Restaurant Management, and Pâtisserie and Baking. With two convenient locations in Hollywood and Pasadena, California, facilities include industry-current labs and equipment.
Student Appeal
Classes are taught by industry-experienced instructors who can provide insight into the professional culinary world. Career placement assistance is available to all students, along with training sessions and workshops in resume writing, interviewing, and career planning. Additional student services include focused student attention and tutoring through the Learning Resource Center and practical exposure to industry conditions through the student-run restaurant.
Financial Aid
Financial aid is available for qualified students in the form of federal loans, grants, and work-study. Financial planning is offered through the Student Finance Department.
